Atlantis is an individual's project, not a company or a service. It is free, provided as it is, with no warranty. You are responsible for what your agents do with the access you give them.
As it is
Atlantis is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. That includes, and is not limited to:
- fitness for any particular purpose
- operation without interruption or error
- compatibility with your hardware, your system or your provider
- the accuracy, safety or usefulness of anything a model writes
Your agents, your folders
An agent can read, change and download files inside the folder it is given. Point it at a folder you are happy for it to change, and keep copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Models and providers
Atlantis does not make models. The provider you connect it to, and the models you choose there, come with their own terms and licences, and their use and cost are between you and them. You are responsible for what is generated through your account and for using it lawfully.
No liability
To the extent the law allows, the author of Atlantis is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, that comes from using it or being unable to, including lost data and provider charges.
Changes
These terms may change. Using Atlantis after a change means accepting it, and the date at the top says when it last happened.
